Who we are
CompareDebtRecovery ("CompareDebtRecovery", "we") operates comparedebtrecovery.co.uk, a comparison and introduction service for UK creditors and debt recovery agencies. Contact: hello@comparedebtrecovery.co.uk.
What we collect
Details you give us when requesting a comparison (debt value and type, debtor region, your name, email, phone number and — optionally — business name), messages you send us, and basic usage data needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
To match your case against our panel, to introduce you to the vetted agency that takes it on, to reply to messages, and to run the service. We do not sell personal data, share marketing lists, or pass your details to agencies you have not chosen. If you have accepted advertising cookies and arrive via our advertising, we may share your email address and phone number in pseudonymised (hashed) form with the advertising platform, solely so it can measure that its ad led to an enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by emailing hello@comparedebtrecovery.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
